Overview
  • EWM is SAP’s “Next Generation” Warehouse Management Solution

  • EWM was developed from the ground up as a new Warehouse Management System option for SAP customers delivering enhanced functionality over ERP WM for more complex distribution processes.

  • The SAP Extended Warehouse Management system (EWM) provides flexible, automated support in processing all goods movements and in managing stocks in your warehouse complex. The system supports scheduled and efficient processing of all logistics processes within your warehouse.

SAP Business One Modules

Your warehouse is the final step before you dispatch your products to be sold or distributed to reach out to your customers. As your business grows, the need for better management of your high-volume warehouse and inventory operations arises. This is where Kabeer Consulting comes in. Using our superior Extended Warehouse Management or EWM add on with our SAP Business One Modules, you can have complete control over your warehouse processes.

Streamlined execution of supply chain

With the advanced EWM, you can easily trace every single batch of your produced items from end-to-end. It runs through all the different and multiple steps or locations that you use in this processing. It will constantly share all the handling unit information with its latest SAP Global Batch Traceability feature, which keeps you informed at every point exactly where what is happening. Thus, you are always in the loop.

Optimised warehouse operations

Our advanced case flow technology enables the building of superior mixed and layer pallet building for the smooth movement of your goods. You can consolidate and complete it with your partial stock units to create a more optimised solution for your warehouse operations. With the standards that are designed for supporting advanced tracking, your warehouse operations will be exactly where you need it to be.

Enhanced retail efficiency

Engagement of warehouse processes for various retail portals can become quite confusing. Since the data and processes are quite similar and yet the demands are strikingly different, there arises a higher chance of mistakes, which is disastrous for the company’s reputation. In order to avoid these errors, our EWM add on helps you streamline all your various e-commerce shipping and returns. It increases the accuracy of your process and helps in giving a necessary boost to your warehouse productivity.

Efficient Staff Management

The latest SAP Business One Modules, with the new EWM, helps you to design and distribute labour structures, roles, working shifts and vacation days. This not only promotes a better and transparent work structure, but it also ensures that the working conditions are fair for every single member of your team. You have a complete database on the working order of your employees and thus you can always keep an eye to see that no one is overworked or shirking their duties. It builds a healthy workplace and boosts employee happiness.

Save time and money

Using our newest EWM features, you can easily schedule flexible pickup options for multiple customers or orders in one pickup run. It is absolutely safe, and accurate, leaving no scope of errors in automation. This helps in saving a lot of time and effort that would have otherwise been wasted on multiple pickups. It also enables the management of all the customer-initiated changes in delivery and cancellations in an accessible database.

Kabeer Consulting offers you leading EWM solutions with our advanced SAP Business One Modules, which is designed to eliminate the issues faced with old-fashioned ways. We promise you a complete game-changer that will revolutionize your warehouse management.
