Dairy Industry Solution Addon for SAP B1

All coming vehicles in Company premises are given a gate entry pass. Every vehicle detail must be recorded with detailed information Like Vehicle No, Date, Item Group, Gross weight, Net Weight, Supplier Name etc. Dairy Industry Solution Addon for SAP B1 is a complete ERP Solution for Dairy Industry

The vehicle coming in premises is recorded with the details of Gross Weight, type of item, vehicle number, weigh scale number, time date and inward user name etc.

As soon as the Gate Entry is created the QC user is alerted for the quality check which will decide weather to accept material or not. The status of Gate entry is changed to QC Done and QC Status also updated automatically after adding QC document. Rejected material is sent back as it is and accepted material is processed on Goods Receipt Note. After GRPO empty vehicle is weighed again to calculate Tare Weight and Net weight, and Gate entry is closed.

Outward all the vehicles details are captured like Vehicle No, Date, Time weight, etc. When the gate entry outward record is added  store  user  will  get  alert  and  the  loading  process  is started.

As soon as the Gate Entry is created the Dispatch/Store user is alerted for the Loading of vehicle related to the Sales Order. The Gate entry is selected on delivery and after delivery Gate Outward status is changed to Loaded automatically. After Delivery, loaded vehicle is weighed again to calculate Gross Weight and Net weight, and Gate entry is closed.

The quality analysis attributes of milk & cream are recorded as defined like weight, Fat %, SNF% , Taste etc. at the time of receiving the milk from vendors and corrective action taken based on quality result.

The quality analysis attributes of butter products are recorded as defined like Color, BR, RM, Salt, FAT, Taste etc. at the time of receiving the butter items from vendors and corrective action taken based on quality result.

The quality analysis attributes of Ghee products are recorded as defined like Color, BR, RM, WRM, FFA, Moisture, Taste etc. at the time of receiving the Ghee items from vendors and corrective action taken based on quality result.

The quality analysis attributes of packing products are recorded as defined like Height, Width, Length, Smell, Printing, Moisture, Logo etc. at the time of receiving the SMP/WMP packing items from vendors and corrective action taken based on quality result.

The Store materials are received after putting the information in Store Material analysis sheet. The different materials are checked manually by Qc user on various parameters and corrective action taken based on quality result.

The quality user keep the record of the regular quality check performed on the Butter  Items  being  produced  or  stored  in  store  room.  The  various  QC parameters are analyzed like BR, RM, Fat, Salt & Moisture etc. and recorded in this screen.

The finished goods received from production into the QC Warehouse, and QC User do the Quality and record the different parameter results, and transfer finished  goods  to  FG  warehouse  if  QC  accepted  and  transfer  to  Reject warehouse as per qc results.
