Partner Service Advisor (PSA)

A key benefit of the Kabeer Consulting Partner Program is the support of a dedicated partner service advisor (PSA), who is the primary “go-to” person for Kabeer Consulting Group Partners.

The Channel Development Strategist is responsible for escorting Partners through the Kabeer Consulting Partner life cycle, making sure that the internal resources of Kabeer Consulting are available when needed, and ensuring the Partner is able to create a repeatable and profitable business model. Another key responsibility of the PSA is ensuring each partner commits to a realistic and attainable marketing/lead generation plan and executes that developed plan.

The Sales Support Program provides assistance through every aspect of the sales process, from initial strategy to facilitating demos and even attending larger prospect on-site sales meetings.
Kabeer Consulting USA collaborates with partners throughout all stages of the sales pipeline and provides dedicated solutions engineers to work with partners one-on-one to guide every deal.

Partner Training

Transferring knowledge as quickly and effectively as possible requires a flexible approach and a variety of resources.
The Partner Training and Support Program utilizes the latest technology-enabled training tools as well as traditional classroom and one-on-one sessions. The program is designed to benefit our partners by providing a complete understanding of the features, capabilities, and functionality available within the solution and how to apply the product across all business environments. Collaborations and direct advice from Sales and Channel Relations also focus on best practices for selling and demonstrating the training program, which begins with a combination of instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions and online self-study courses. This is preparatory work for the five-day boot camp program, which is held on site/online at the Kabeer Consulting Group USA Headquarters in Piscataway, New Jersey. As completion of the bootcamp nears, new partners are introduced to the recommended curriculum for study towards obtaining Kabeer Consulting Group Certification. Training programs and resources include New Partner Workshops, Technical Workshops, Implementation Workshops, and more. In addition to the above, Channel Partners are given full access to a dedicated online portal and the Support Zone, as well as continued access to trainers and the rest of your dedicated Kabeer Consulting team. With resources like this, Kabeer Consulting continues to support its partners after educational courses are completed.

Partner Implementation Training / Support

Kabeer Consulting Group offers full implementation assistance for channel partners. In-depth implementation workshops are available where partners can be familiarized and educated on the award-winning Kabeer Consulting Implementation Methodology. Additionally, Kabeer Consulting USA implementation staff is available to assist with a partner’s project management, or the Kabeer Consulting USA team can handle the entirety of the implementation process, where the partner would then receive a margin.

Knowing this, Kabeer Consulting proactively supports its Partner’s marketing and lead generation efforts through a marketing support program where each partner collaborates with Kabeer Consulting employees to create personalized marketing campaigns that ultimately increase leads. Partners can take advantage of individual one-on-one training and assistance in areas such as website optimization, SEO and SEM guidance, social media, and telemarketing training. The marketing team can further assist with the development of written materials, such as press releases, customer testimonials, and various partner collateral.

Field marketing is also supported through this program with personalized trade show assistance. Partners can benefit from onsite tradeshow support, including trade show booths. Additional benefits may include on-site personnel to help drive leads.

Communications

Partners can stay up to date with all Kabeer Consulting Company and product news via dedicated portals as well as through various weekly, monthly, and quarterly newsletters. In addition, Kabeer Consulting hosts monthly partner conference calls where partners can interact and share ideas with the entire Kabeer Consulting ecosystem.
