Here we can define various Employee Types like Contractual, Casual, Full Time Employee, etc.

Employee Master can manage all the information of the Employee like, Personal Information, Family Information, Company Assets Designation Department, etc.

HR can upload Employees Documents like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, & various Govt. Approved ID Documents

Various Overtime Codes can be defined here Public Holidays, weekends, Nights, Sundays, etc.

Overtime Rate Master has various formulas to calculate Overtime Payout

We can define overtime earned for a particular date by the Employee

Here we can define leave types like Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Privilege Leave, Maternity Leave, etc.

We can assign No. of Leaves to the Employees department-wise

As per the company leave policy we can credit leaves monthly/annually to the employees

We can view credited leaves in this function

We can view how many leaves are left of the employee

We can apply for a leave on the behalf of the employee

All the approved leaves can be viewed in this function

All the Travel Conveyance Requests generated by the employees can be managed here

Employees can request an advance amount for the travel conveyance

Admin can view, Approve, or Disapprove travel requests by the employees

Admin can manage the post-travel conveyance request by using this function

Allowance Master can create various types of allowances with Allowance Code and Allowance Name

This function is used to view allowance reports and posted in SAP

Here we can proceed different allowances to employees or department-wise

We can view/manage advance salary requests generated by the employees

Advance Salary Requests can be uploaded here in Excel file format

Advance for Employees can be viewed and posted in SAP.

An employee can request advance payment before the salary credit for any Medical Emergency

Advance for Medical is Viewed and can be posted in SAP.

System can integrate with external Biometric Device for automatic attendance update

Manual Entry of the Attendance can be entered here

Admin can update employees attendance in this function like, In time, Out Time, Missed Attendance, etc.

Functionality to mass upload using excel for various employees

Admin can search employee attendance, department-wise, employee-wise, Date wise and can download files

We can create pay codes for the various payments based on Pay Type, Pay Name, CR GL Account, DR GL Account etc.

We can calculate employee salary based on Department, Branch, EMP code, Total Earning and deduction

In this function, the Salary for the Employee is Viewed and can be posted in SAP.

Admin can upload bulk salary of the employees by using an Excel file in the Bulk Salary Function

We can Manage employee salary structure  based on Basic Salary, Allowances, Leaves, Tax, Medical, etc

Monthly salary can be processed here by the admin user

We can link employee account with the Department, CR GL Account, DR GL Account

This function can calculate Bonus for the Employees

With the use of this function we can view and post Employee Bonus

We can calculate the Loan in this function which is provided to the Employee

We can view all the Completed/Non Running Loans in this tab

The employee repays his/her loan in the EMI form, we can manage all the Loan repayment activities here.

The F&F function is used for the Employees Full and Final dues calculation when he leaves the company

We can create Employee Performance Categories by using Category Code & Category Name

We can perform a Self KRA for the employees with this function and collect the employee performance data efficiently

We can create sub categories under the Main Category to measure employee performance

The Manager can review and rate the Self KRA submitted by the employee

The interview function can manage all the Interview process data like
