Kabeer Communication Solution is a modern communication platform developed by Kabeer Consulting Group to automate and streamline business communication directly from SAP Business One. These services enable organizations to send PDF documents, SAP reports, and personalized messages to customers and vendors through WhatsApp and Email, without manual downloads or external tools.

With Kabeer Communication Solution, businesses can instantly share Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Bank Payment details, and SAP reports with one or multiple Business Partners, improving response time, accuracy, and customer engagement.

Purpose & Requirement:

  • The purpose of KCS is to share PDF document along with custom messages or any templates.
  • We can share PO, SO, Delivery, Tax Invoice, Credit note, Debit Note & Bank Payment transaction details with the help of WhatsApp Application.
  • With the help of WhatsApp Application User can send both PDF and custom message either simultaneously or separately for any predefined document.
  • User can also share PDF document for the BP Ledger Report / Dunning Wizard / SO Link report through Email to all the Business Partners.
  • User can select the data range and select one or multiple Business Partners for sending the reports.
  • Resend functionality is also available in case we need to share document after some correction.

Configurations

WhatsApp Configuration
  • This screen is for the configuration setup, here we will select the API received from API vendor. User name along with password that will be provided by client.
  • Token- This will also be generated by UPI vendor. Path: Administration>WhatsApp Setup> WhatsApp Configuration
Email Configuration
  • This screen is for the configuration setup, here we will save the Email details for the Business Partner on which we will send the Layouts / Reports.

Path: Business Partner >Business Partner Master Data > General Tab

WhatsApp / Email Message configuration
  • This window allow Admin user to write different message for different documents & to decide which document will be active or any document can be deactivated to send through choose box button.

Masters

Master settings
  • There are multiple documents are added in Master set up window, which can be selected by user and user can also write different messages for separate documents.
Pre-requisites
  • In the Print preference setting, User need to pick document and Export to PDF option. This will help to generate PDF which will be shared by WhatsApp later on.
  • In General Tab settings under Print preferences user also need to select last two checkboxes as shown in the attached screenshot. This allow to add any additional attachment with PDF or message.
Other Important settings
  • Document selection will depend on the user requirement & it can be shared only if Active box is filled by user.
Additional Attachment Linking
  • Attachment option is optional, it can work only if ‘Yes’ option is selected in dropdown option. User can browse any file from their system which will share with party. Remove attachment will erase the attachment.
Additional Mobile Pairing
  • If User add any Additional mobile number, then all shared documents & message files can be also seen on this additional WhatsApp number.

  • In case of specific Business Partner, User will select the Business Partners in the below table and email will go to the selected Business Partners only.

Transactions

Message sharing by SAP through Add-On
  • When User add any document, then a dialogue window will open ‘Do you want to send message on WhatsApp?
  • User will confirm that by click on Yes button and this will allow only message to send.
PDF sharing by SAP through Add-On
  • Now there will be another Pop up message will display on the screen ‘Do you want to send PDF on WhatsApp’ & user will confirm again if there is requirement to share PDF along with message.
Resending Message
  • In case there is any updation required in previously added document and User wish to send message again with their Business partner then it can be shared by click on Resend WhatsApp message button.
