Digital Signature Add-on status can be checked in SAP as followed by the given path:
Administrator>Add-Ons>Add-On manager

User need to select the below tick options under print preference option under General Tab

Security Confirmation

Confirm the digital signature security message.

Enter Security Pin

Enter the digital signature security pin.

Digitally Signed Invoices

System signs the invoices with a digital signature; please make sure that the pen drive is attached to the system.

Digital Signature on A/P Invoice Document (All Steps)

  1. Click on A/P Invoice Document and add your details to the document
  2. After Adding the document, the User needs to Click on D-Sign in the AP Invoice Document
  3. Now, the system will ask for the location where you want to save the PDF format. Then select the folder and click on Ok.
  4. Now a window will open for the digital signature utility developed by Kabeer, & this is to request e-pass authentication.
  5. Now a digital signature confirmation message will pop up on the screen; the user has to click on the Yes button.
  6. After clicking on Yes Now, the digital signature is also attached in the AP invoice document.

Digital Signature in A/R Credit Memo & A/P Debit Memo (All Steps)

  1. Click on the A/R credit memo
  2. After adding the document, the user needs to click on D-Sign in the AR Credit Memo Document.
  3. After adding the document, the user needs to click on D-Sign in the AP Credit Memo Document.
  4. Now, the system will ask for the location where you want to save the PDF format. Then select the folder and click on OK.
  5. Now a window will open for the digital signature utility developed by Kabeer, & this is to request e-pass authentication.
  6. Now a digital signature confirmation message will pop up on the screen; the user has to click on the Yes button.
