Kabeer is pleased to introduce a Gate Entry Add-on for SAP B1 ERP software that is both simple and affordable. Kabeer is offering a limited period offer on Gate Entry Addon for SAP Business One customers.

Whenever a Vehicle / Consignment enters the premises of a Plant, a Gate Entry is made with the details of the goods & the vehicle.

Gate Entry add-on facilitates SAP Business One with the Gate Entry process. The gate entry process allows user to capture incoming/outgoing material details at factory/plant entry like transporter details, vehicle details and vendor details, etc.

  • The purpose of this add-on is to manage the entries of material movement (Inward and Outward) from the Warehouse gate

  • This add-on helps to keep track of every in and exit of material in the Warehouse

  • Gate Entry Add-on in SAP B1 looks after everything in & out of Materials. Dispatches and transactions permitted through the gate are continuously recorded for easy analysis of a number of goods sent out and received.

Functions of SAP B1 Gate Entry Add-on

Gate Inward

Gate Inward functionality covers the material entry which is moving into the company.
The following transactions are covered in the gate inward

  • Purchase Order
  • A/R Credit Memo with Invoice
  • A/R Credit Memo without Invoice
  • Return of Returnable Gate Pass

Gate Inward for Purchased Material
  • Gate inward entry is done at the Warehouse gate for the material received from the vendor against the purchase orders
  • The user will select the purchase order/s and will enter the quantity received, in date, in time vehicle number, etc

GRPO – Goods Receipt PO

The store person will add GRPO and will select the gate entry number.

Gate Inward for Return of Returnable Gate Pass

Gate inward entry is done at the company gate for the material received from the vendor which was sent for a returnable basis. The user will select the inventory transfer transaction and will enter the quantity received, in date, in time vehicle number, etc.

Inventory Transfer (Return of Returnable Gate Pass)

The store person will add inventory transfer and will select the gate entry number.

Gate Inward for Sale Return with Invoice

Gate inward entry is done at the company gate for the material received from the customers as a sale return with invoice reference. The user will select the invoice and enter the quantity received, in date, in time vehicle number etc.

A/R Credit Memo with Invoice

The dispatch department person will add an A/R Credit Memo and will select the gate entry number.

Gate Inward Sale Return without Invoice

Gate inward entry is done at the company gate for the material received from the customers as a sale return without invoice reference. The user will enter the items and quantity received, in date, in time vehicle number etc.

A/R Credit Memo without Invoice

The dispatch department person will add an A/R Credit Memo and will select the gate entry number.

Gate Outward

Gate Outward functionality cover the material entry which is moving outside from the company.
The following transactions are covered in gate outward

  • Purchase Order
  • A/R Credit Memo with Invoice
  • A/R Credit Memo without Invoice
  • Return of Returnable Gate Pass

A/P Credit Memo

The user will add the A/P Credit Memo transaction.

Gate Outward Purchase Return

Gate outward entry is done at the company gate for the material moving outside from the company for purchase return to the vendor.

Returnable Gate Pass (RGP)

User will add the inventory transfer transaction.

Gate Outward Inventory Transfer

Gate outward entry is done at the company gate for the material moving outside from the company for the returnable basis to the vendor.

A/R Invoice

The user will add the A/R Invoice transaction

Gate Outward with Single BP/Multi BP in sale Invoice

Gate outward entry is done at the company gate for the material moving outside from the company for sale to the customer.

Delivery

User will add the Delivery transaction.

Gate outward entry is done at the company gate for the material moving outside from the company on delivery challan to the customer.

Goods Issue (NRGP)

The user will add the Goods Issue transaction to send the material on a non-returnable basis.
