SAP B1 Milk Processing Add-on

On milk QC Parameter screen user will define parameter code & name ,we can select parameter type numeric or Visual and also, we can define the UOM of parameter.

This function will be used to enter the details of milk received in the company. User will copy the data from purchase order and will enter received quantity, net weight, gross weight, in time, out time, user can enter driver details also.

This function will be used to define the Parameter’s mapping with the milk item/s, in Value(Minimum ,Standard and Maximum) as well as in Visual.

This function shows the list of milk entry pending for Quality check.

This function will be used to define the reasons of rejections, which will be selected at the time of rejection process. This is a type of master setup.

This function will be used to enter quality observations by the quality department. If all the observations are in the range of parameter values defined in the master then system will show all quantity in accepted. If parameter values does not match with standards then it will goes for rejection approval by the senior management.

This function will be used to define the milk component master like FAT and SNF, on the basis of these component, milk rate will be calculated.
