The admin selects the SAP database, chooses Administrator as the user type, enters Admin in the user ID field, updates the password, and clicks the checkbox to complete the setup.

The employee selects the SAP database, chooses Employee as the user type, logs in through the administrator to update the employee code, sets the password, and clicks the checkbox to complete the setup.

Administrator

User Master

Admin User can create or Update Users in the User Master tab after login in SSM

Change Password

When the Admin User Login in the SSM
In the administrator tab for User Master create or update by admin user

Reset Password

Admin User can create, update, or Reset Passwords in the Reset Password tab

Assign Permission

An Admin can Assign permissions to the Users by using this function in the Administrator Tab

Access Right

When the Admin user login in the SSM
In the administrator tab, Assign Permission is used to give permission for Add, Update and Print.

User Linking Warehouse

User Linking With GL Account

Admin logs in to SSM and opens the Administrator tab to link users with GL accounts.

Warehouse Master

Warehouse Master is a Function of the Master Tab where an admin can view & manage all the Warehouse Management Activities

Item Master

Item Master is a Function of the Master Tab where an admin can view & manage all the Items and Inventory Management activities

Customer Master

Customer Master is a Function of the Master Tab where an admin can view & manage all the customer activities and customer data

Document Series

Document Series is a Function of the Master Tab where an admin can Create, Update, Delete, and Manage all the Documents

Employee Login

Administrator

Change Password

This is the admin tab for the Employees, where an employee can update User Settings and Change Password.

Reset Password

In the Administrator tab for Reset Password by Admin, the password cannot updated by an employee user only the administrator user can reset the password

Transactions

Sale Quotation

In the Transaction tab, the admin can create or update Sales Quotations for customers.

Sales Order

In the Transaction tab, the employee submits and saves the Sales Order document.

Delivery

After saving the document, the employee clicks Post Sales Order to post it in SAP, then clicks Post Delivery to create the delivery.

AR Invoice

After posting the delivery, the employee clicks Post Sales Invoice to create the AR Invoice in SAP.

Incoming Payment

In the Transaction tab, the employee creates an Incoming Payment.

AR Invoice + Payment Cash

The employee creates or updates AR Invoice + Payment – Cash, then clicks Post to update it in SAP.

Sales Return

The admin user can create or update a Sales Return in the Sales Return Tab

Journal Entry

The employee can create or update a Journal Entry.

Stock Transfer Request

An Admin User can create and update Stock Transfer Request
