Service Management Application for SAP B1

• Admin User will enter the User id.
• Admin User will enter the Password.
• In case the User forget the password then he can update it by clicking on the Forget Password button.
• Click on the Login button to login in the Application.

• This is the Dashboard screen for the KSP.
• The Dashboard shows the Graphical representation of Open / Closed / Other statuses of the Work Orders (Service Call in SAP).
• It shows the Graphical representation for Inventory Requisition, Inventory Transfer and Inventory Returns.

User Account Setup – From this screen you can create the Account setup for different Users who want to access the KSP Application.

Site/User Linking Setup – From this screen you can link different users with their Customers / Sites

User Authorization– From this screen you can Authorize the Users to access different screens in the Application

User Alert Setup – From this screen you can send the Internal Alerts / Emails to the Users when a new Work Order is added in the system.

Site/User Linking Report – From this report you can view all the Users linked with the Site / Customers.

The Admin tab has the below screens :

Site Setup – From this screen you can add new Sites / Customers with their location, Sub Location , Sub sub location and Asset.

Add Request – From this screen you can add new Service Calls ( Work Orders ) in SAP.

Request Status – From this screen you see the Status for the Work Orders

Work Order – From this screen you can see the list of Work Orders for the selected Customers with their details

Site Setup Report – From this screen you can view all the locations, Sub locations, Sub Sub Locations and Assets linked with the Site.

Closed Work Order Report – From this screen you can view the list for Closed Work Orders for a particular Customer.

The Budget tab has the below screens :

Budget Setup – From this screen you can define the budget for different Cost Centers.

Excess Budget Approval – From this screen you can send the approval for additional budget

New Year Budget Setup – From this screen you copy the previous year’s budget and create the budget for the new financial year.

The Inventory tab has the below screens:

Material Requisition – From this screen you request the materials against your Work Orders

Material Transfer – From this screen you can view all the Material Transfers created in SAP against Material Requisition.

Add New Item – From this screen you can add New Item for the Work Order.

The Reports tab has the below screens:

Work Order Status Report – From this screen you can view the report for Work Orders status by selecting the Date range, Work Order No., Status etc. parameters.

Material Return Report – From this screen you can view the material returned against the Work Orders by selecting the Date range, Work Order No. and the Facility Coordinator name in the parameters.

Request for Material Report – From this screen you can view the material requested against the Work Orders by selecting the Date range, Work Order No. and the Facility Coordinator name in the parameters.

Budget Site Wise Report – From this screen you can view the Budget Site Wise Report by selecting the Date range parameters.

The Tools tab has the below screens:

Tools Link Master – From this screen you link all the items with the Sites.

Tools Health Card – From this screen you can update the Health report for the Tools (items) like their Status, Action & Recommendations, remarks etc.

Tools Health Card Report – From this screen you view the report for the tools linked with the Sites.
