This Application works at the time of posting the Service Call, Inventory Transfer, Budget management Cost Center wise, Tools Management (Equipment used during the service), Inventory transfer request & Inventory transfer receipt.

The Web Application is fully synchronized with SAP B1, and it posts the data in real time.

Functions of SAP B1 Service Management Application

Login Configuration
  • Admin User can log in after entering the User ID and Password
  • If the User forgets the password then he can update it by clicking the Forget Password button.
    Click on the Login button to log into the Application.
Dashboard
  • The Dashboard shows the Graphical representation of Open / Closed / Other statuses of the Work Orders (Service Call in SAP).
  • It shows the Graphical representation for Inventory Requisition, Inventory Transfer, and Inventory Returns.
  • It shows the Statistics for Work Order types.
Admin
  • User Account Setup
    • Admin can create the Account setup for different Users who want to access the KSP Application.
  • Site/User Linking Setup
    • Admin can link different users with their Customers / Sites
  • User Authorization
    • Admin can Authorize the Users to access different screens in the Application
  • User Alert Setup

    • Admin can send Internal Alerts / Emails to the Users when a new Work Order is added to the system.
  • Site/User Linking Report
    • Admin can view all the Users linked with the Site / Customers.
Work Order
  • Site Setup
    • You can add new Sites / Customers with their location, Sub Location, Sub sub-location, and Asset.
  • Add Request
    • You can add new Service Calls ( Work Orders ) in SAP.
  • Request Update
    • You can update the previously added Work Orders in the system.
  • Request Status
    • Here you can see the Status of the Work Orders
  • Work Order
    • You can see the list of Work Orders for the selected Customers with their details
  • Site Setup Report
    • You can view all the locations, Sub-locations, Sub Sub Locations, and Assets linked with the Site.
  • Closed Work Order
    • Here can view the list of Closed Work Orders for a particular Customer.
Budget
  • Budget Setup
    • Here you can define the budget for different Cost Centers.
  • Excess Budget Approval
    • You can send the approval for additional budget
  • New Year Budget Setup
    • You copy the previous year’s budget and create the budget for the new financial year.
Inventory
  • Material Requisition
    • Can view request for the materials against your Work Orders in this function
  • Material Transfer
    • You can view all the Material Transfers created in SAP against Material Requisition.
  • Add New Item
    • Using this tab you can add New Item for the Work Order.
Tools
  • Tool Link Master
    • Using this function you can link all the items with the Sites.
  • Tools Health Card
    • You can update the Health report for the Tools (items) like their Status, Actions & Recommendations, remarks, etc.
  • Tools Health Card Report
    • You view the report for the tools linked with the Sites.
Report
  • Work Order Status Report
    • You can view the report for Work order status by selecting the Date range, Work Order No., Status, etc. parameters.
  • Material Return Report
    • You can view the material returned against the Work Orders by selecting the Date range, Work Order No. and the Facility Coordinator’s name in the parameters.
  • Request For Material
    • You can view the material requested against the Work Orders by selecting the Date range, Work Order No. and the Facility Coordinator’s name in the parameters.
  • Budget Site Wise Report
    • You can view the Budget Site Wise Report by selecting the Date range parameters.
