Quality Control – QC Addon for SAP B1

Here we will select the warehouse on the header, that is QC & RJ warehouses. After that, we will choose stages on which we have to do the quality checking.

This screen will be used to define the particular user for different authorization of working in the Quality Module like QC Inspector, Disposition Authorization, QC Alert, and Disposition alerts.

In this screen we will define the reasons of rejections, which will be selected at the time of the rejection process. This is a type of master setup

In This screen we use to define the Parameter’s for the different item in Value(Minimum ,Standard and Maximum) as well as in Visual.

On the QC Parameter screen, we will define parameter code & name, we can select parameter type numeric or visual; and we can also define the UOM of parameter.

In the Item Master screen, we will have a check box that will be checked for only those items that are under quality checking.

Disposition screens allow the user to accept the item as partial and also reject the lot that has been in the rejection warehouse.

In this screen, we will have only an item list whose value was not OK as per the item parameter Master taken under quality checking with all the information.

Here we can check the difference between required values and observed values. Unmatched values will be automatically transferred into the rejection store.

This is to record the daily calibration of the PH meter with instrument details.

This screen is used to record the cleanliness record of equipment and tools

This screen is used by manufacturing that Item is pending in QC. After QC, the quality department intimates to MFG . that QC is done.

In manufacturing Procedure, we used to keep records of the manufacturing process, Stages, and of completion date

• Manufacturing Procedure:
  This is used to record the manufacturing process & stages and completion date.
• Process Validation/Revalidation study for Mfg:
  This screen is used to record the manufacturing process & stages and completion date.
• Process Validation Study for Conclusion:
  This screen is used to record the conclusion of the process with Batch information

• Product Verification:
  This includes complete details of products with Batch No./Mfg. & Expiry prepared by QC dept.
• Format Issuance Record:
  This form is used to save & track records of documents used by the QC team.
• Finished Goods Request Intimation:
  This form is used by the Mfg department to intimate the QC team for the FG testing process

Users can view the Reports of the entries of Incoming Material Quality Checks.

Users can view the Reports of the entries of Finished Good Quality Check.

The Users can view Reports of the entries of pre-dispatch inspection.

This will show results based on from date & To date range & BP selection is optional

In this screen the report will be generated after goods are received from the vendor by the QC team
