Introduction

ZOHO Integration with SAP B1 Add-on is a custom integration solution developed by Kabeer Consulting Group to automate lead synchronization between ZOHO CRM and SAP Business One. This add-on enables newly created or received leads in ZOHO CRM to be automatically posted into the Business Partner Master Data of SAP B1.

The integration eliminates manual data entry, ensures data accuracy, and improves sales and customer management efficiency.

The system authenticates using Zoho’s token-based API to securely access lead data

Lead Data Fetched via Zoho Lead API

Using the API provided by Zoho, the integration fetches detailed lead information

Scheduler Triggers Integration API

A scheduler automatically runs the integration at regular intervals to ensure real-time or near-real-time synchronization

JSON Validation and Mapping

The retrieved JSON data is validated and mapped to SAP Business One Business Partner fields

Posting to SAP B1 Using DI API

Mapped lead information is converted into Business Partner records in SAP B1 using the DI API
